A local lad who
builds sites that work.
I'm based in Salford and I specialise in one thing; getting local tradesmen online quickly, cleanly, and without the faff. No agencies, no upsells, no jargon. Just you, me, and a website that does its job.
Not an agency.
Just someone who gets it.
I'm not a faceless web agency charging thousands for a template. I'm a developer from Greater Manchester who noticed a simple problem; there are loads of brilliant tradesmen in this area doing great work, but when someone Googles them, nothing comes up.
So I started MavBuilds to fix that. You get a direct line to me, a quick turnaround, and a site that actually represents your business properly.
Simple sites that
do one job well.
Every site I build has the same goal; when someone in your area searches for your trade, your name comes up, they can see what you do, and they can get in touch. That's it.
No bloat, no subscription platforms, no page builders that break the moment you look at them. I write the code from scratch, host it for you, and make sure it loads fast on a phone, because that's where most of your customers are searching from.
From first message
to live site.
You get in touch
Drop me a message with your trade, area, and what you're after. No forms, no obligation.
I send you a draft
Within a few days I'll have a working version for you to look at. Your name, your services, your area.
You give feedback
Tell me what you want changed; wording, layout, colours. I'll sort it. Usually one or two rounds does it.
It goes live
Once you're happy I'll publish it, set up your domain, and leave the rest to you. You're online.
No website means
lost jobs. Simple as.
Most people decide who to call before they've even picked up the phone. If you're not showing up online, that job's going to someone who is.
They search, you don't show
Someone needs a plumber in Salford this weekend. They Google it. If you're not there, you don't get the call.
No site means no trust
People check you out before they ring. No website makes you look less serious; even if you've been in the trade for 20 years.
Word of mouth has limits
Referrals are great but they dry up. A website works while you're on a job, in the evening, on weekends; all the time.
One job pays for it
The site costs £150 once (or £250 if you choose the bigger pack), and an annual £20 to keep it running. One extra job from it and it's already paid for itself. And it keeps working after that.
Let's get you online.
No commitment, no hard sell. Get in touch and I'll show you what your site could look like.
